LRF Gym Membership: What’s Included?
LRF is more than just a gym. When you sign up for our gym membership, you don't only benefit from top-of-the-line workout equipment and gym machines from brands including Prime Fitness USA and Atlantis, but you’ll also get a whole host of perks to enhance your training experience. Every LRF Gym membership includes:
A warm welcome from our team of friendly staff, who are always ready with a smile whenever you arrive at our gyms, and are on hand to offer help and give advice to help you achieve your goals.
Over 100 pieces of high-quality workout equipment, including two leg rooms, a dedicated cardio room. Our gym machines include leg, incline, and shoulder presses, assault bikes, a glute drive, pendulum squat, standing, seated, and lying hamstring curls, and so much more.
We're open from 5am-11pm Monday to Friday and 7am-7pm on the weekends, giving you more time to train and get the most out of our weight training facilities.
There’s free parking on-site, with 30 space available at our Ashford location, and 50 spaces at our Herne Bay location.

Off-peak gym membership is available from as little as £19.99 per month. Our off-peak period is between 9am and 3pm on weekdays when the gym is a little quieter, with no restrictions on weekends and bank holidays. Peak access is available for just £4 per session.
Peak gym membership starts at less than £1 a day, so you can train whenever you like at a great price.
Our on-site gym supplements store is fully stocked with high-quality supplements with everything you need to support your workout.
Our in-house physiotherapist and massage therapist are available to help you with sports injuries through practices such as massage, cupping, and needling.
Our large 20 square metre mirrored studio is great for practising your poses and provides a brilliant extra space for workouts.
Corporate membership options are available at a discount price for local businesses based in the Cobbs Wood industrial estate, for emergency service workers, and for students, at a great discount. Corporate members save over 10% on a 12-month gym membership and pay £34.99 a month instead of £39.99.
