FREE WEIGHTS AND RESISTANCE MACHINES
At our Herne Bay gym, we have two entire floors dedicated to our range of Prime, Atlantis, Gym Shop, Hammer Strength, Precor, and Life Fitness resistance machines, as well as a dedicated leg room.
On top of all of this, we are the only gym in Herne Bay that can provide dumbbells up to 80kg, so it’s the place to come to smash your free weights goals. And if you’re looking for more intensive functional training options, our Herne Bay gym also comes equipped with battle ropes and kettlebells.
Every single one of our resistance machines has been carefully selected to ensure that our members get the most out of their training, no matter what fitness level you’re starting from.
